Our Community is Taking a STAND. While STAND the "program" was having success in combatting drug use among our youth, it soon became apparent that a much broader approach was necessary in order to impact the whole community. This is being accomplished through partnerships with other organizations here in Scott County. This page is dedicated to those organizations that have made a commitment to taking a STAND against drug abuse.
